Prices are shown in Euros and are for seven nights in 2013. PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF ALL BOOKING FEES AND TAXES AND ARE THE SAME AS THOSE DIRECT FROM THE OPERATOR.
The hire price is determined by the departure date according to the tariff periods below. If your cruise covers 2 tariff periods, the price will be calculated prorata taking the number of nights aboard in each period. A full week includes 7 nights aboard. The hire price does not include diesel fuel consumed which will be invoiced at the end of your cruise. Extras are noted below. Weekends (55% of the weekly price) and Short Breaks ( 4 or 5 night cruises) are sometimes possible. 4 nights at 65% and 5 nights at 75%.

Short breaks:
You can book a short break at any time for departure completed by 28th June 2013 or departing after 19th August 2013. Short breaks are also possible during the summer season and can be booked up to 4 weeks before departure.

The prices do not include the following Compulsory extras:
Diesel fuel consumed which will be invoiced at the end of your cruise, depending on the type of boat you choose and the number of hours you cruise for.
One-way supplement if applicable : 75 to 250 euros depending on the boat and the route. This supplement does not concern the repatriation of the crew or the car.
The Damage waiver insurance of 95 to 300 euros OR the Refundable Security Deposit of 1155 to 2250 euros depending on type of boat and duration of holiday.
The Consumables security deposit of 150 euros. The actual cost of fuel will be calculated at the end of your holiday and either a refund given or the additional balance requested.
The prices do not include the following optional extras payable at the time of booking:
Cancellation plan : 4.5% of the basic cruise price.
The Waterways Guide : 29 euros postage included.

If you book a one way cruise, it is essential that you contact the departure base (their telephone number is on your confirmation of booking) 48h before departure, for confirmation of your cruise direction. See the Hiring conditions.
Priority Check-In
A new Priority Check-In may be available. Normally the boats are ready from 16.00 onwards on the day of departure. However, subject to operational constraints, it may be possible for you to collect your boat between 11.00 and 13.00, giving you an extra afternoon's cruising.
If you plan to be in the area before 16.00 and would like to have your boat earlier, please contact the departure base via the telephone number on your Booking Confirmation but only from one week prior to departure. They will confirm if an early check-in is possible.
An additional fee of 85 euros is to be paid when you book.
Late Check-Out Service
A new Late Check-Out Service may be available. Normally the boats must be returned to the base before 9.00 on the day of departure. However, subject to operational constraints, it may be possible for you to delay returning your boat until 12.00 midday, giving you an extra morning's cruising.
If you would like to take advantage of this service, please liase with the team at the departure base on arrival at the beginning of the cruise.
An additional fee of 85 euros is to be paid when you book.
