Typically French small town, ideal departing point to explore The Sarthe and The Mayenne. Sablé is 20 minutes away by boat from Solesmes abbey. Directions by road : Paris/motorway A11, direction Le Mans, Nantes,and after Le Mans (35 km) the exit for Sablé,direction Sablé (12km).In Sablé,in the city centre, in front of the chateau, you will find the Anjou-Navigation office. The Sarthe
On your arrival in Sablé you will be attracted by this little charming provincial town.
