The Sarthe
On your arrival in Sablé you will be attracted
by this little charming provincial town. There will be just enough time
to get to know your boat before the Gregorian chants of the monks of the
Abbaye de Solesmes invite you for the first stop.
You can moor where the fancy takes you : Try Juigné,
Igneres, Malicorne, Cheffes/Sarthe and Le Plessis Bourré, just so
many places of interest that you will be able to explore.
Our advice :The Sarthe is a friendly river lined
with numerous villages with few locks, many places of historic interest
to visit, idéal for beginners.
