| 'Saint Antonius' is 28 meters long and 5 meters wide.
( 91 ft x 16ft).
The hull is built of riveted iron in 1923. The superstructure is in steel. She is powered by a powerful DAF Dutch diesel which gives her a cruising speed of 7 knots on the river. On the canals her speed is limited to 3 knots. Lighting and pumps work on the internal batteries and are of course available 24 hours a day. Mains power for the galley apparatus such as the dishwasher is available from a diesel generator on board which will be run when required. The entire ship has central heating. |

The interior of the barge was completely built in 1995/1996
and is in as new condition.
The main saloon is paneled in mahogany with many brass fittings. There is a sitting area with table, TV and CD/radio, dining area with 8 chairs. The galley is equipped with a 4 burner gas (propane) cooker and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and all of the usual galley items to enable you to prepare your meals yourselves. There is also a barbecue set available for eating on the canal bank whenever you desire. |

in comfort.
There are four sleeping cabins each with private shower, WC and hand basin. In two of the cabins there are 2 single beds. In the other two there is the possibility of making either a double or 2 bunk beds. |
