| Onboard these owner-operated vessels the quality of service and comfort is very high. On these Private Charter barges, the owners will be your crew, and they will make every effort to make your cruise a happy one. The owners will also have been involved in the design and fitting-out of the barge, and have a complete knowledge of all the technical systems involved as well as the boat-handling skills to take you through the locks. You may also like to consider a Hotel Barge Cruise, where the barges may be a little larger and where the crew service may be considered a little more formal. |
Aboard
a private charter barge the service is more personal as you will
have exclusive use of the barge and your hosts will be very
knowledgable guides to the region, making your stay as comfortable as
possible. They will adapt the cruise and the visits ashore to your tastes and interests, moods and of course the day's weather. They are experienced hosts who understand the subtle line between service and your own privacy. This is an excellent way to discover the canals in complete comfort. Sit back and relax for a week and let your hosts show you France as you have never seen it before. You can eat, sleep, talk, read.....and travel at the same time! |
