| CRUISE PACKAGE INSURANCE
PROPELLER DAMAGE
In case of damage or accidental loss of the propeller,
we pay back the amount of the repair-invoice up to the contractual guarantee.
Other parts or labour costs resulting from repair will not be taken in
charge.
½ GUARANTEE
If the renting company withholds part or the complete
contractual guarantee (household guarantee excepted), we commit ourselves
to reimburse the amount over half of the guarantee. The maximum guarantee
is limited to 1000 euros.
INTERRUPTION OF YOUR STAY
We reimburse the amount paid to the renting company corresponding
to the period which was lost should you be obliged to interrupt your stay
for one of the following reasons : serious illness, death of a close relative,
redundancy (of yourself or your spouse), damage of your living.
BICYCLE INSURANCE
During your stay, we guarantee your civil liability while
using bicycles rented by a watersports base. The guarantee is granted unlimited
for physical damage and up to 76 000 euros for the material and immaterial
damage.
A minimum of 80 euros will be applied per damage
/ accident. |
ACCIDENTAL PHYSICAL DAMAGE
During your stay, should you be injured while sailing,
we guarantee the allowance for physical damage. By death or 100% disability,
we will guarantee 7 622 euro. In case of sickness leave, you will receive
a 15 euro daily-allowance during 3 months. 3 days will not be taken in
charge.
CONTRACT VALIDITY
The contract comes into effect upon receipt of the subscription-form
(enclosed), together with your payment. You will receive a certificate
listing all the guarantees. This certificate will be your receipt . Any
subscription-form returned without payment will not be valid.
