Daon is well placed for you to explore the 300km of navigable waterways on the three rivers of this area, the Mayenne, the Sarthe and the Oudon.

The three most well known attractions of the region are the towns of Angers, Laval and Le Mans. The smaller towns are of course  also delightful and well worth exploring on foot or bicycle.

Angers is fully accessible on the Maine river. It is a lively town with many festivals throughout the year.
