The waterways of Brittany are isolated from the rest
of the canal network and have a maritime flavour due to the number of sailing
boats which use this route.
Brittany is one of the proudest regions of France and the canals are a marvellous way of discovering the region. Sea food, fish, cider and pancakes are all local specialities. There are now three bases in Brittany at Dinan,
Messac and Nort sur Erdre. Every trip however must begin or end in Messac.

forest and reedy flat plains culminating in the magnificent Josselin chateau.
One week, one way cruises : Messac - Dinan or vice-versa.
