The ship lay for 17 years in the center of Paris where she was owned and used by a famous American movie actor and writer Sterling Hayden. The vessel later returned to Holland where she was acquired by Paul Taneyhill and then totally refitted in a famous Dutch shipping town. She is beautifully decorated in dark wood panelling and colourful soft furnishings. There is central heating throughout and opening skylights and portholes.
